BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

All bookings are arranged through Orange Models. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

All negotiations, usage rights, and fees must be agreed with the agency directly. Clients may not negotiate directly with talent.

2. RATES & PAYMENT

Fees are based on the type of booking, duration, usage, and talent involved.

Invoices are issued by Orange Models and are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Usage of images or content is not permitted until full payment has been received.

3. USAGE

All usage (including digital, print, and social media) must be agreed in advance.

Any additional usage beyond the original agreement will incur additional fees.

Usage rights are limited to the agreed duration, territory, and media.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Within 24 hours of the booking: full fee applies.

Within 48 hours: 50% of the booking fee applies.

For longer bookings, cancellation terms may vary and will be confirmed at time of booking.

5. WORKING HOURS

A standard booking day is up to 8 hours.

Overtime is charged for hours exceeding the agreed booking duration.

6. TRAVEL & EXPENSES

Any travel, accommodation, or additional expenses incurred for a booking will be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Travel time may be charged depending on location.

7. MODEL CARE & SAFETY

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, respectful, and professional working environment at all times.

Appropriate changing facilities must be provided.

Models must be treated with professionalism and respect.

No work involving nudity or sensitive content without prior written approval.

8. IMAGE & CONTENT USE

Images must not be used in a way that is defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate.

Alterations to images must not distort or misrepresent the model.

9. LIABILITY

Orange Models acts as an agency and is not liable for:

a model’s failure to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances

any indirect or consequential losses

Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance for bookings.

10. EXCLUSIVITY

Models are supplied on a non-exclusive basis unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusivity requests must be negotiated in advance and may incur additional fees.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
